At So Sippin' Cute, we want you to be happy with your order! Please keep in mind: 

• All sales are final - We don't accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds.
• Damaged Items - If your order arrives damaged, don't worry! Just email us within 3 days of receiving your item. We'll work with you to review the issue and go over the next steps. 
• To start a claim - Email us at so.sippin.cute.creations@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
